2021 Scholarship Recipient
This 2021 recipient of the First Presbyterian Church of Kernersville Scholorship is Paige Evans. She has been an active participant in our congregation throughout her years of attendance. Paige is the daughter of Mark and Amy Evans.
While attending First Presbyterian Church, Paige has been a volunteer leader with Vacation Bible School, nursery attendant, and played in the church handbell choir. She has participated in the church youth group, Sunday school class, and been involved with the annual Christmas parade float. Paige has attended several church Mission trips and been a volunteer with the church Egg Project. She has also helped as a volunteer with the church Holiday Market.
As a student at Grimsley High School in Greensboro, Paige has been in the Junior Guild, and volunteered with family services. She is a Silver Award recipient in Girl Scouts. Paige enjoys sports and plays soccer and has been on the Grimsley Varsity team for four years and served as the Captain of the team for two years. She also enjoys swimming and has been on the swim team at Grimsley for four years.
